These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JJWon ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the JJWon website, mobile interface, games, services and related content (collectively, the "Service").

JJWon is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform built for users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is lawfully permitted. The Platform does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

By accessing, browsing or using JJWon in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must cease using the Service immediately.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

Registration and use of the Service is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which Users must satisfy at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. JJWon reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Service from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Service is lawful in your location. The fact that you can technically access the Platform does not indicate that such access is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held in such accounts.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period or ban that would restrict your participation in gambling services.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

To access the full range of features on JJWon, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, email address and any other information required by the Platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. JJWon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure.

JJWon may, at its sole discretion, require additional identity documentation before processing withdrawals, unlocking bonus eligibility or approving large deposits. Acceptable documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where relevant, proof of payment method ownership. Users in Pakistan may be asked to provide documents issued by Pakistani authorities, though this does not imply that JJWon is endorsed by any Pakistani governmental body.

You agree to use the JJWon Platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial entertainment — in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of terrorism.
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate or abuse any game, betting market, bonus system or technical vulnerability of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or any tool that provides an unfair advantage or that interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to abuse promotions, or any form of organised cheating.
• Opening multiple accounts in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or providing false information to JJWon at any stage.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy or other anonymisation tools in order to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, threatens or harms other users or JJWon staff.

JJWon reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent closure of the relevant Account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law.

All deposits to your JJWon Account must be made using payment methods that are legitimately available to you and that you own or are authorised to use. JJWon does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Amounts referenced on this Platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are provided for contextual familiarity and reflect the approximate value in that currency — actual processing currency may differ based on the operator's account structure.

JJWon is not responsible for any charges, fees or currency conversion costs applied by your bank, e-wallet provider or payment processor. All deposits are processed in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. JJWon reserves the right to request verification of any deposit source before releasing associated funds for wagering or withdrawal.

JJWon may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements (playthrough), game restrictions, time limits and minimum deposit thresholds.

The applicable terms for each promotion are published on the promotion's dedicated page and must be read in full before accepting any bonus. Key principles that apply to all bonuses on JJWon include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonus promotions are limited to one per person, household, IP address and device. JJWon reserves the right to void bonuses where this restriction appears to have been circumvented.
• Maximum Withdrawal Caps: Some bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where such a cap applies, it is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin rewards expire after a period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games and low-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of cleared, unrestricted funds in your account. Funds subject to active wagering requirements or pending compliance checks are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable conditions have been met.

JJWon processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following general principles:

• Withdrawals will normally be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically possible and compliant with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar period. These limits vary by method and account tier.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be processed. Users who have not completed KYC will be asked to submit required documents before the request is reviewed.
• Processing times vary by payment method, the User's verification status and any compliance review requirements. JJWon does not guarantee specific processing speeds and does not use the phrase "instant guaranteed" in respect of withdrawals.
• JJWon reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or account irregularities are suspected, pending investigation.

JJWon is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its users seriously. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or resolving personal or financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are made available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a cooling-off period defined by the operator.
• Loss Limits: Users may define a maximum net loss amount over a given period, after which access to funded play is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time caps and receive automated reminders at intervals of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the account dashboard or via support. Self-exclusion prevents access to the Account for the duration of the exclusion period.

The minimum age to register and play on JJWon is 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. This is not presented as evidence that gambling is legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan must be aware that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may apply to their participation.

All content on the JJWon Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, design elements, trademarks and trade dress — is the proprietary property of JJWon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from JJWon.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Using any JJWon trademark, logo or brand asset in any manner that may cause confusion or imply affiliation without authorisation.
• Scraping or systematically extracting data from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

The JJWon Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JJWon expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

JJWon does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any game outcome, odds quotation or market result will be accurate or will not be subject to correction.
• The Platform will be accessible from any particular jurisdiction or via any particular device or network.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJWon's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Service — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Termination by the User: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting JJWon support. Upon closure, any remaining cleared and unrestricted funds will be returned to you via an eligible payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance obligations.

Termination by JJWon: JJWon reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring Account closure or the freezing of funds.
• Technical, security or operational reasons that necessitate Account suspension.

Where an Account is closed by JJWon due to a confirmed breach, any funds associated with the breach — including bonus-derived balances — may be forfeited. JJWon will communicate the reason for closure where doing so does not breach any legal obligation or ongoing investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which JJWon operates, as determined by the operator's license and incorporation documentation.

Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or an acknowledgement that Pakistani law governs any aspect of the Service. Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may separately apply to a Pakistani user's participation regardless of this choice-of-law provision.

In the event of a dispute between you and JJWon, you should first raise the matter with JJWon's support team by email. JJWon will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable time. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may seek resolution through any alternative dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's license terms.

JJWon reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect your rights, obligations or the scope of the Service — JJWon will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance, for example by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was published.
