• Closed Accounts: Following account closure, certain categories of data (including KYC documentation, transaction history and AML records) are retained for a minimum period determined by applicable law — typically five to seven years from the date of account closure.
• Marketing Data: Email addresses and consent records for marketing communications are retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, plus a reasonable period to maintain suppression records.
